1. 如果你原来clone过halo，建议删除重新来一遍，原因是有一些build或者gen生成的容易删不干净，并且版本之间可能存在不兼容情况，导致无法启动。

2. 详细阅读官方文档，举例halo强依赖官方的基础plugin，如果你没有下载安装./gradlew downloadPluginPresets，你将无法运行
